We only deliver with insured couriers.
Insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the entire value of the artwork. You are 100% insured against theft or damages that may occur during transport. Before accepting the delivery, please make sure it is undamaged and not wet.
We recommend signing with reserve.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping cost increases for large or fragile artworks: if necessary, a custom-made wooden box is required to protect the artwork from potential damage during transport. The cost of the box and packaging is always included in the shipping cost.
The exact shipping cost is calculated before payment.
Delivery times for EU and outside the EU depends on the Custom documents and there may be a clearance delay at customs.
WHAT IF THE WORK IS DAMAGED?
When the express courier delivers your artwork, first of all you should check that everything is alright and that the pack is not damaged or wet. We strongly recommend signing with reserve.
If, once you open the package the artwork is damaged, you have to contact us within 24 hours from the delivery and send us pictures clearly showing the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the artwork is not what you expected and you wish to send it back, you can return any purchase within 48 hours from the delivery.
Delivery charges, insurance and taxes are borne by the buyer.
