Born in Milan. After graduating at the Brera Fine Arts Academy, she attended a triennial course of graphic design and Illustration at the art school of Castello Sforzesco in Milan. She worked as a decorator, illustrator, and graphic designer. For many years she collaborated with Italian and foreign magazines. While claims experience with illustration, she started working on canvas where she wanted to highlight the graphic sign of designs on the albums of sketches, that constantly accompany all of his work.
Nyx is her brush name because she wants to remain anonymous to keep separated the two careers.
“In my opinion the sign is the first impulse, the base from which comes all my work. Starting from this observation I decided to enhance it on large, leaving the page drawing journals, which I consider the most direct expression, personal and constant. On canvas, collage, treated for having a material support that it invokes the paper, I play this sign-base, getting a result from the chart impact.”
